Indianapolis-based association management company Mission Control has hired Courtney Sears as office manager and promoted Calleigh Smith to director of client services. Sears previously was traffic coordinator at Nexstar Media Group and holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Smith most recently was membership and communications manager for the firm and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis.
