Businesses and nonprofits are armed with new information on how to better connect with young professionals. The 2013 Millennial Impact Report from Indianapolis-based Achieve calls on organizations to adopt strategies and cultural changes to increase involvement among Millennials. The report was released this morning at MCON13 in Indianapolis. The report also suggests members of the generation should be involving in program planning and provide opportunities for Millennials to affect the direction and impact of a community.

It indicates websites appear to be an outdated method of constantly providing information to Millennials. They usually stay connected to an interest through social media.

The research calls on organizations to make mobile communication a priority and make sure any online presence has details about ways to get involved.
