Milhaus Promotes Martin to COO

Greg Martin

Indianapolis-based Milhaus has promoted Greg Martin to chief operating officer. He is a co-founding partner of the company and most recently served as senior vice president of development and construction operations.

Martin has more than 30 years of experience and hsa led the development and construction of large mixed-use projects totaling over $900 million throughout the United States. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the company alongside co-founder and CEO Tadd Miller and will also be responsible for the daily operations.
