Indianapolis-based Milhaus has hired commercial real estate veteran Chris Yeakey as vice president of property operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate at large institutional organizations. Yeakey most recently worked as a managing principal for Cushman and Wakefield. Prior to that he spent 19 years at Duke Realty, where he led asset and property management for a 42 million square-foot, mixed-use portfolio and oversaw the company’s risk management program. In his new role, Yeakey will lead the property management, IT, marketing, ancillary services and asset management teams.

Also, Alex Jackiw has been promoted to chief experience officer. She most recently served as president of property management. Jackiw has been inducted into the National Apartment Association Hall of Fame.
