Midwestern Engineers Inc. has named Mark Sullivan (pictured) chief executive officer. He has more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering and consulting. Sullivan first joined the company in 2013 and previously served as vice president. He takes over the reins from CEO Emeritus Richard Burch. Burch will now serve as the firm’s director of engineering. Senior Project Manager Clint Roos (pictured) has been elected by the board of directors as the firm’s newest shareholder. Roos is a graduate of Purdue University and a registered professional engineer in Indiana and Arizona. Curt White was appointed senior project manager and brings 30 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of public works projects. He is a registered professional engineer, with a degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. White currently serves as president of the Indiana Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America.
