Michael Bolde has joined Krieg DeVault as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. He has more than five years of experience and will focus his practice in health care law, with a concentration in medical malpractice defense, health care liability, and premises liability.

Bolde defends hospitals, ambulance providers, doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other health care professionals in all phases of medical malpractice and premises liability cases throughout the state of Indiana. He has defended claims across the spectrum of health care litigation including, but not limited to: birth injury, cardiac care, emergency medicine, anesthesia-related complications, surgical complications, delay in cancer diagnosis, decubitus ulcer/wound care, falls, and long-distance transports.

Bolde previously worked as an associate attorney, focusing on medical malpractice defense, as well as various types of business litigation. He is a member of the Porter County Inn of Court and Lake County Bar Association. Bolde is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law.
