MIBOR Adds Research Analyst

Brad Coffing has joined MIBOR as a research analyst. He previously served as research manager at the Hamilton County Economic Development Corp. Prior to that, Coffing had analyst roles with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and the Indiana University Public Policy Institute.
