The development will feature new amenities including additional parking and technology charging stations. It will also include a koi pond, gazebo and children’s play area.
Tennessee-based Poag Shopping Centers and Woolpert Inc. in Ohio led the redevelopment, which aimed to turn the central plaza area into more of a "town square." Major tenants of the development include Barnes & Noble, Carmike Cinemas, Old Navy, JCPenney and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
The ribbon-cutting is scheduled for this morning at 11:00.
