Jacqueline Hoekema and Constance Adams have been appointed co-directors of the Methodist Hospitals Heart & Vascular Institute in northwest Indiana. Hoekema is the new director of Business Operations, and Adams will oversee Clinical & Quality. Hoekema received her MHA from Siena Heights University and is currently pursuing her Fellowship with American College of Healthcare Executives. Adams received her MS as an Adult and Critical Care Advanced Practice Nurse from Purdue University.
