Indianapolis-based MetaCX has hired industry veteran and former Gartner chief of research, Jake Sorofman, as president. He most recently served as chief marketing officer for Pendo in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Sorofman worked at Gartner from 2012 to 2017.

MetaCX was founded in 2018 by Scott McCorkle, who was previously chief operating officer of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
