Carmel-based Mesh Systems has named Natalie DeVoe program manager. She previously served as business development manager at Catalyst Product Development Group, Inc. Prior to that, DeVoe served as project manager for University Loft Co. She has also served as director of Osceola-based Starz’ Academy Inc. DeVoe earned her bachelor of arts in psychology from Purdue University.
