Merchants Capital has hired Linda Hill as senior vice president in the tax credit equity syndications division and Paul Bernardin as senior vice president of bridge and construction lending. Hill most recently served as a senior executive in the tax credit group of Aegon Real Assets. Bernardin previously served as senior vice president and director of underwriting at Boston Capital Corp.
