Memorial Set For Edgar Whitcomb

Governor Mike Pence’s office says the funeral procession will depart from the Indiana War Memorial at 11:15 a.m. and will make its way to the Statehouse. A memorial ceremony in the Statehouse Rotunda will begin at noon where members of the public can pay their respects and sign condolence books.
The governor, First Lady Karen Pence and former Governor Whitcomb’s wife Evelyn will lay a wreath at the public memorial. Following the memorial inside the Statehouse, there will be military honors on the south lawn of the Statehouse.
