The company currently has two locations in Indianapolis and at the University of Notre Dame, and is looking to add more restaurants in Indy, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Valparaiso and Bloomington.
The company says it’s currently working to open a restaurant in Zionsville later this year, but the restaurant franchise is looking for more partners to fuel its Midwest expansion. The company says Master Franchise Developer Lee Kleiner is actively recruiting investors to expand the company to 25 locations.
“As we continue to grow nationally, we are looking to penetrate markets where Millennial and Gen Z consumers are pushing the demand for fast, nutrient-dense and flavorful food options. Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh is the perfect fit to meet Hoosiers’ demand for healthy meals that can be customized to fit a number of dietary needs and lifestyles, such as vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free. We anticipate success in Indiana and can’t wait to grow,” said Eric Lavinder, chief development officer of parent company WOWorks.
Garbanzo says it has added 15 restaurants already this year and is looking to diversify into more non-traditional locations, such as airports, universities, ghost kitchens, grocery stores and military bases. Click here for more information.
