Meadow Lake VI Wind Farm to Cut Ribbon

Meadow Lake VI Wind Farm to Cut Ribbon The farm currently produces enough energy to power 159

Officials from EDP Renewables, Cummins Inc., Nestlé and Wabash Valley Power Association will gather Tuesday to celebrate the Meadow Lake VI Wind Farm in Benton County. The farm is the most recent phase of the Meadow Lake Wind Farm, which organizers say is the largest wind farm in Indiana.

A dedication and ribbon cutting event will follow their remarks on the project. The installation totals more than 800 MW of cumulative capacity.  

The event will be held at Tri-County Junior-Senior High School in Wolcott from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
