Nadine McSpadden has joined Taft’s Litigation group as of counsel in the firm’s Indianapolis office. She most recently served as senior judicial clerk for the Hon. John G. Baker for the Indiana Court of Appeals.

McSpadden has also worked as deputy charging prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and was a staff attorney for the Department of Child Services in Indianapolis. Prior to that she was in private practice in Chicago.

McSpadden earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Tufts University.
