McGuire Sponsel has promoted Justin Gephart to director. Gephart has been with the firm for seven years, and will now oversee business development activity. He first served as a tax consultant and has since worked in various leadership roles while working with individual and corporate tax clients. Gephart previously worked in the public accounting sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a business management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
