Tanner Niehaus joins McGuire Sponsel as a tax consultant, to serve clients in its R&D tax credit practice. He previously served as a controller and assistant general manager at Gates of the Bluegrass LLC. Niehaus also worked at Barr, Anderson, & Roberts PSC.

He will provide risk advisory services to clients and conduct fieldwork including current year engagement and retroactive studies. 

After earning both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from the University of Kentucky, Niehaus attained his certification in public accounting.
