McGuire Sponsel has hired Lydia Kaiser as marketing manager. She will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic plans for the firm’s corporate marketing department as well as its five product lines including Cost Segregation, IC-DISC, Economic Incentives, Financing and Research and Development Tax Credits.

Kaiser also will develop effective branded marketing communications for the company’s website, print and email platforms, coordinate the creation and publication of all marketing materials and execute new marketing campaigns.

She joins the team from Essco Corp., where she spent six years as marketing manager in charge of all public relations and social media efforts to boost brand awareness and customer interaction. Kaiser also was responsible for executing marketing plans for new product-line launches and managing an external agency partnership to create, design and execute digital and print marketing materials.
