McGuire Sponsel has named Ben Worrell project manager, assisting the company’s site selection practice. Services include location modeling, site selection, incentives procurement and compliance management. Most recently, Worrell worked as deputy director for the Boone County Economic Development Corp., where he directed small business and entrepreneur programming and managed incentive programs to attract new businesses.

Specializing in economic incentives, Worrell will manage client projects, working with key stakeholders to evaluate potential project locations and lead discussions with state and local economic development professionals.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College, Worrell served as a senior administrative assistant at Pike Medical Consultants. He later worked as a business development manager for Expedite Healthcare while pursuing and obtaining his MBA through Cedarville University in Ohio.
