Indianapolis-based McGuire Sponsel has named Ed Petras a financing and economic incentives consultant. He most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing at Estridge Homes. Petras was responsible for implementing coaching, marketing and sales training programs. Also, Petras previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for Centex Homes.
