Though the rest of the work is progressing, the project has been without a lead residential developer since late-2014.
Hanning & Bean Enterprises pulled away from the $30 million "Skyline Terrace" component more than a year ago and the city has not yet announced a company to take on the role.
In all, the high-rise plans include Ash Brokerage Corp.’s relocated headquarters, as well as the aforementioned living space, plus parking and retail.
In September, the city and Ash Brokerage held a topping out ceremony for the first part of the plaza. The event included representatives from the company and city, Weigand Construction, MSKTD and Associates and Hoch Associates. Officials at the time pegged completion for May.
