Ambrose Property Group has named Mali Simone Jeffers director of marketing and community initiatives for the redevelopment of the former GM stamping plant site in Indianapolis. She previously served as former director of engagement and operations for Midtown Indy. She sits on the Board of Directors for Indiana Humanities, Big Car, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership and the Board of Directors Task Force at Newfields. The Indianapolis-based commercial real estate company acquired more than 103 acres in May 2017 with plans to develop a new district on the west side of downtown Indianapolis.
