The company, which provides advertising, public relations and digital media services, says it wants to add 10 jobs by 2021. Well Done Marketing currently employs 25 and says the investment will go toward professional development.
The proposed new positions, the company says, are expected to pay an average salary that is more than 50 percent higher than the state average. Well Done Marketing says it will continue hiring account executives, creative and technology consultants and PR and digital specialists.
Owner Ken Honeywell says "Indiana is a great place to grow our business. There’s not only an excellent base of opportunity right here, it’s also a great location from which we can serve our clients across the region and beyond. And, as the cultural and food scene continues to grow in Fountain Square, more and more prospective clients want to come visit us in Indianapolis." Well Done Marketing is located in the Murphy Building in the historic south side neighborhood. Its clients include Duke Realty, Wabash Valley Power Association and MailChimp.
The company has been offered up to $120,000 in conditional training grants through the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
