Indianapolis-based CIK Enterprises LLC has changed its name and plans to add up to 30 workers. The marketing technology company is now called PERQ LLC and is a consolidation of three separate businesses. October 10, 2013

News Release

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – CIK Enterprises today announces its rebranding to become PERQ, a global leader in marketing technology that provides incentive-based solutions for businesses. As a result of the consolidation, PERQ will now offer a full marketing solution combining its new FATWIN technology that powers business-branded games, contests and sweepstakes with direct mail, email and advertising campaigns designed to attract in-store and online traffic. In addition to the new corporate identity, PERQ plans to hire as many as 30 new employees to assist with the company's growing demands.

“With this new direction, we take the guesswork out of integrating online and offline marketing efforts to increase traffic for retailers, auto dealerships and other consumer-facing businesses,” says Scott Hill, co-founder and executive chairman for PERQ. “This consolidation is a great way to combine the expertise within our previously separate companies and provide a holistic approach to incentivized marketing with improved lead generation, tracking and nurturing capabilities.”

Previously, CIK operated three different companies that served clients in the newspaper, automotive and retail industries. Consolidating the three companies into one unified brand will allow employees to merge together to serve multiple industries more effectively.

“Our philosophy is to foster a work environment where we win for our customers, team and community,” says Andy Medley, co-founder and president for PERQ. “This consolidation will maximize our effectiveness as an organization and positively impact everyone who works for us and with us. We couldn’t be more thrilled about it.”

PERQ's annual revenue rose to $30 million in 2012, and they plan to continue the strong legacy of growth from its predecessors who were recognized in Inc. Magazine's prestigious list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States in 2005 and 2006. Relied on by more than 1,000 businesses, the company currently serves clients in a wide variety of retail markets. Their clients include H.H. Gregg, CNHI Media and Zimmerman Advertising.
