The Indy Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council has chosen Mario Rodriguez as the recipient of their Leadership Award. He is executive director of the Indianapolis Airport Authority. An engineer by training, Rodriguez has worked in the aviation-management industry for the past 29 years. He has been employed by various airports such as the Long Beach Airport, Palm Beach International Airport and the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans. Rodriguez was also chosen by the White House in 2016 to serve on the Advisory Committee for the Aviation Consumer Protection.
