Marian University has appointed Harry Verhiley senior vice president for the Office of Institutional Advancement. For 18 years, he held positions in stewardship and development, most recently working for the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend and previously working for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Verhiley served in the United States Marine Corps from 1976-82. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Theology and a Master of Science degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Verhiley also holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. He completed his undergraduate education at Azusa Pacific University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication. Verhiley will be responsible for strategic and operational planning for the Office of Institutional Advancement.
