Kenith Britt has been named an Impact Academy Fellow. He is dean of The Educators College at Marian University. In this year-long academy, the deans will help fellows increase leadership skills through in-person experiences and on-going support. Britt will participate by engaging fellows around concrete problems of practice, conduct coaching opportunities and develop plans to address individual and institutional challenges. This fellowship is meant to help to build leadership skills in tandem with on-going support of peers and experienced member deans. Britt is one of 17 deans selected from candidates across the nation.
