Chelsea Marburger has joined Elevate Ventures as program manager for university initiatives. She most recently served as executive director of the Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association in Indianapolis.

Marburger has also served as assistant director of state programs at Complete College America. She also founded Project Purse Indianapolis, a 501(c)(3) organization that provided purses packed with toiletries, feminine hygiene, first aid and more to over 10,000 vulnerable women throughout central Indiana.
