Manchester University Hires Chief Business Officer

He previously served as chief financial officer of Ohio Dominican University and at Bethel College. In his role as a vice president and CBO, Knapp serves on the President’s Cabinet and oversees the budget, the Office of Financial Services, Information Technology Services, Conference Services, food services, Physical Plant and grounds and Student Financial Services. Knapp was formerly a senior manager at BKD LLP’s Fort Wayne office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and he is a certified public accountant.
