She will also continue to serve in the newly created position of associate dean of clinical affairs and outreach. Rospond joined the university in 2014 after serving as deputy provost at Drake University.
She began her academic career at Creighton University, establishing an innovative oncology practice, an oncology residency program and an active research agenda through her work as associate director of research at the Creighton Cancer Center.
Rospond earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Creighton University and her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
