The American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Council of Deans has elected W. Thomas Smith as chair-elect for three years. He serves as professor and dean of pharmacy and graduate life services at Manchester University. Smith holds degress from the Saint Louis College of Pharmacy and Saint Louis University School of Law.
