He is primarily responsible for operations of the Healthy Indiana Plan, including administering enrollment and invoicing programs, maintaining program compliance and achieving operational excellence. Additional responsibilities include project management and new implementations, as needed.
Rich most recently served as a corporate operations manager for Centene Corporate, as well as senior director of operations for Louisiana Healthcare Connections, Centene Corporation’s wholly-owned Louisiana subsidiary.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. Rich received his law degree from University of Missouri-Columbia Law School and his Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. A member of the Missouri Bar Association, he is also a Certified Professional Coder–Payer.
