Managed Health Services has promoted Stephen Downing Jr. to manager of community relations. He previously served as supervisor of community relations. In his new role, Downing manages the community relations and marketing functions of the MHS health plan in accordance with government and contractual guidelines. Working at MHS since 2006, Downing has received the 2014 MHS Heart of Gold Award and is a certified Indiana Community Health Worker. He also has his accident and health insurance license. Downing received his bachelor’s degree from IUPUI.
