Indianapolis-based Managed Health Services has appointed Robert McDaniel vice president, network development and contracting. He previously served as vice president of Anthem Medicaid. McDaniel has 25 years of experience in operations, financial P&L, government relations, value based contracting, integrated clinical care programs and outsourced vendor partnerships.
