Indiana is set for its second major jobs announcement this week. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says an economic development announcement this morning in Carmel involves hundreds of new jobs with California-based American Specialty Health Inc. Last month, the company outlined plans to open an office in the Hamilton County city and hire hundreds of employees.

Earlier this week, Indianapolis-based Knowledge Services announced plans to add up to 400 jobs by 2018. The information technology consulting firm plans to invest nearly $850,000 in the project.
