Mainstreet Opens Care Center in Mooresville

Carmel-based real estate developer Mainstreet has opened a transitional care facility in Mooresville. The Springs of Mooresville provides short-stay rehabilitation and therapy in what the company describes as a service-rich environment.
The nearly $13 million facility is being operated by Trilogy Health Services. The project created over 90 permanent jobs.
"We are transforming the health care industry across the country with our focus on innovative designs and hospitality-oriented care," said Zeke Turner, founder and CEO of Mainstreet. "Our mission is to give aging Americans what they want so they can get well and get home. We believe The Springs of Mooresville is a perfect illustration of what health care should be."
The 48,000 square-foot facility features 70 beds, a large therapy gym, an outdoor rehabilitation courtyard, a movie theater, a game room and a spa. It also features an on-site chef, a pub, a kitchen and restaurant-style dining.
