Mainstreet Among Entrepreneur’s ‘Best Cultures’

The inaugural rankings consider factors including collaboration, communication and wellness. The real estate developer appeared on the publication’s list for medium-sized companies.
Chief Executive Officer Zeke Turner says the company’s culture creates an "infectious energy" that brings employees together. Other factors considered include innovation, agility, support, work environment, responsibility, performance focus and mission and value alignment.
Mainstreet recently launched a new student housing arm, which the company expects to "transform" collegiate life. It also recently hired its 100th employee. In a recent interview on Inside INdiana Business Television, Chief Financial Officer Adlai Chester said the company expects the work force to double in the next few years.
