Indianapolis-based MainGate Inc. has expanded its partnership with the National Football League's Tennessee Titans. The company has signed a 10-year extension and will serve as the exclusive retail provider for all Titans merchandise.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – MainGate, the premier event retail and e-commerce merchandise company in the country, has reached an agreement with the Tennessee Titans to extend its current partnership an additional 10 years. The extension also adds a critical element to the deal. In addition to managing the Titans e-commerce site, MainGate has also agreed to manage all merchandise operations at LP Field and any additional retail outlets for the team throughout the remainder of the contract.

MainGate and the Titans first entered a partnership in 2010, with MainGate creating and managing, the official online store for the team. The new agreement will expand MainGate’s responsibilities to include all merchandise operations at LP Field on game days and throughout the year. The new contract will begin prior to the 2014 season and will include a redesign of the LP Field Titans Pro Shop. Under the new agreement, MainGate will now be the exclusive retail provider for all Tennessee Titans merchandise.

Current MainGate merchandise partners include six NFL teams (Indianapolis Colts, Washington Redskins, Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, Tennessee Titans, St. Louis Rams), Indiana Pacers, the Circuit of the Americas (United States Grand Prix), United States Bowling Congress, Big Ten Football and Basketball Championships, USGA (U.S. Open), the Kentucky Derby, Susan G. Komen, American Heart Association, and NHRA, among others. MainGate served as the primary retail partner for the NFL at Super Bowl XLVI, XLVII and XLVIII.

MainGate employs more than 300 full-time and part-time workers, operates 10 retail stores in five states, designs, operates and maintains more than 30 e-commerce sites, and administers retail sales at nearly 200 events across the country each year. MainGate manages NFL game-day operations at Ford Field in Detroit, FedExField in Washington, D.C., Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, TFC Bank Stadium in Minnesota (Minnesota Vikings), and now LP Field in Nashville.
