Carmel-based M3 Ultimate Solutions has named Darryl Warren a strategic partner consultant and president/owner of D. Gene Alliance Inc., a business solutions company. This corporation owns the Indiana license of Crestcom International, a global leadership development firm. Clients include Fortune’s Most Admired organizations: GE, Microsoft, Ford and etc.  However the core representation of clients are small to mid-size companies. He has 30 years of leadership experience in large organizations ExxonMobil and Olin Chemical, along with smaller materials producers.

Also, the firm has added Rick Rusch as a strategic partner consultant and founder of Secure ERP Inc. He has spent more than 25 years working in the business information technology environment. Rusch has provided a variety of services to clients to limit technology risks associated with cyber threats while minimizing end-user impact and client expenses. He has spent 12 years spearheading the accounting and IT for Cohen & Malad LLP, as controller and director of IT. He has Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from Indiana State University.
