FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Cully Chapman will join Lutheran Hospital's administrative team as its chief financial officer Aug. 5. Chapman has gained extensive leadership experience in financial management while serving at multiple healthcare facilities across the country.
Chapman received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern College in Collegedale, Tenn., and a master's in business administration from William Woods University in Fulton, Mo. He is also a certified public accountant and brings more than 20 years of experience working in healthcare.
“Lutheran is very fortunate with Cully to have such a well-rounded financial leader join our administrative team,” said Brian Bauer, CEO, Lutheran Hospital, interim CEO, Lutheran Health Network. “He understands the complexities of managing multiple hospitals and that will enable him to easily integrate into our network.”
For the past two and a half years, Chapman served as chief financial officer of Northside Medical Center and the market CFO for ValleyCare Health System of Ohio.
Civic responsibility has also been an important part of Chapman's career having served on boards including United Way, Boys & Girls Club, American Heart Association and having served on an accounting advisory committee for Moberly Community College.
Chapman grew up in Bedford, Ind., and he enjoys NASCAR, IZOD IndyCar Series, SCCA and any kind of dirt track racing.
