Indianapolis-based LUNA Language Services has promoted Marina Hadjioannou Waters (pictured) to president. In her new role, she aims to promote tolerance and combat implicit bias in the community. Waters previously served as chief operations officer and has been with the company since 2007.

The organization has also appointed Kelly Wright head of operations and Stevie Cromer has been promoted to cultural and enrichment manager, partner liaison.

Wright previously worked for Service Connections Inc, hopes to continue to grow the organization while preserving the unique corporate culture and commitment to providing tailored language access solutions. 

Cromer hopes to spread the successful corporate culture critical to LUNA’s employee retention and success in the community. She most recently served as communications manager and has been with the company for four years.
