Indianapolis-based LST Marketing LLC has acquired a marketing firm co-founded by a Pro Football Hall of Famer. The company says PPI Marketing, founded by former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach and Roz Cole in 1993, will be rebranded under the LST name.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. LST says the deal adds a new vertical to the company’s business focus – celebrity talent integration. LST says it will begin the integration of PPI Marketing into the LST brand, which will be led by LST President Starke Taylor.
"I’m excited to launch our Dallas operations with the longstanding talent that’s already in place," said Taylor. "Adding the new vertical of celebrity integration is a real plus and the capabilities of the Dallas-based staff we have in-house enhances our growing strategic consulting business."
Former PPI President Mark Winneker will continue with the company as managing director of LST’s Dallas office. LST says both Staubach and Cole will remain business partners in the company and Cole will serve in an advisory role to LST executives.
