Former University of Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz will speak this month at Trine University in Angola. The March 27th event is part of the school's Distinguished Speaker Series.

ANGOLA, Ind. – Legendary coach and Trine University trustee Lou Holtz will speak at Trine this month as part of its Distinguished Speaker Series.

“Trine is honored to host such a celebrated coach and leader,” said Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D., Trine president. “Community members are invited to join us as we listen to inspiring words from coach Holtz.”

Holtz is scheduled to speak at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 27 at the T. Furth Center for Performing Arts, Ryan Concert Hall. Presented by Trine University’s Distinguished Speaker Series and the Lou Holtz Leadership Institute, this event is free and open to everyone.

General admission seating for the speaker series is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For reserved seating, contact Gretchen Miller at millerg@trine.edu or call 260.665.4102.

The Lou Holtz Leadership Institute engages employees, community corporations, faculty and students in educational outreach programs to build an innovative culture and introduce best practices to spur community innovation.
