Michigan-based Mno-DREK LLC has purchased Walerko Tool & Engineering Corp. of Elkhart, a company that offers CNC machining, welding, and prototype parts production.

Mno-DREK is a holding company of manufacturing businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Walerko is a family business founded in 1952. It does work for many industries, including aerospace, automotive, and construction equipment.

Owner Ed Walerko hired Calder Capital LLC to find a buyer for the family business.

Mno-DREK was formed in 2018 as a joint venture between DREK Holdings and Mno-Bmadsen. Mno-Bmadsen is the non-gaming investment arm of The Pokagon Band of The Potawatomi Tribe.
