Hoosier Equipment Service Inc. had been based in Hendricks County for nearly 40 years. Hoosier Equipment Service says the company’s 16 employers are now under the same roof for the first time.
The new space includes office facility and storage for large trucks and equipment. The move was supported through loans from the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corp. and the State Bank of Lizton totaling around $715,000.
Hoosier Equipment Service was launched in 1978. Its customers include environmental engineering and consulting firms, petroleum companies, general contractors, business owners and governmental entities. Hoosier Equipment Services provides services including soil and groundwater remediation, underground storage tank removal, as well as installation of new fuel systems, oil water separator systems and other tank systems.
The Indiana Statewide CDC was launched in 1983 and recently crossed the $500 million mark in loans to Hoosier small businesses.
