Logistics Company to Cut Ribbon on Expansion

Inc. is set to cut the ribbon Tuesday morning on a more than $13 million expansion. The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the third-party logistics company plans to add up to 65 jobs by 2019.
The expansion includes a 90,000 square-foot, 50-foot tall addition to the company’s Indianapolis facility. Merchandise Warehouse specializes in temperature-controlled warehousing services, storing and shipping products for the food, grocery, pharmaceutical and general commodity industries, according to the IEDC.
Indiana Secretary of Commerce Victor Smith will join Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and U.S. Rep. Todd Rokita (R-4) at the ribbon cutting ceremony, which is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
