Littler has added Jennifer Romaniuk to its Indianapolis office. She joins the firm as of counsel after serving six years as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

Prior to her clerkship, Romaniuk worked in the private sector focusing on labor and employment law. She has represented clients in hiring, performance management and termination and has extensive experience managing litigation in state and federal court, as well as administrative matters involving the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

Romaniuk earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she was associate editor of the Indiana Law Review. She received her B.A. from DePauw University.
