Two men's college basketball programs in the state are among the top 15 on an annual list of the country's most valuable teams. The rankings, created by Indiana University Purdue University Columbus Assistant Professor Ryan Brewer and published by the Wall Street Journal, consider factors of what teams would fetch on the hypothetical open market. Brewer examined revenues and expenses of more than 100 major-conference programs.

The totals are adjusted for cash-flow, risk assessments and growth projection.
