Elkhart-based Drew Industries Inc. (NYSE: DW) has entered into a six-year, $11 million agreement with another local company. The deal with Furrion Ltd. gives subsidiary Lippert Components Inc. the right to distribute its complete line of products, ranging from LED televisions to kitchen appliances.

Lippert says it will market Furrion's products to original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers in the RV, trailer and bus industries throughout the United States and Canada.

Furrion Chief Executive Officer Aaron Fidler says the company's sales in 2014 exceeded $35 million. He says the agreement will allow Furrion to concentrate on new products and continued innovation.

Lippert says it will store and distribute the products at its current facilities. The products will continue to be sold under the Furrion brand.
